Accepting and coping better with disability

Following an event, an illness, an accident... we can find ourselves in a situation of disability. With its share of frustrations, social isolation, withdrawal and sometimes the need to ask for help...

I don't think this is a topic that's been addressed, and I think it deserves to be!

The 4 main causes of disability are :

  • Motor disabilities ♿

  • Mental disabilities 🤕

  • Blindness 👨🏻‍🦯

  • Deafness 🧏🏻‍♂️🦻🏻

To these we could add the problems of daily life linked to a chronic illness.

This is a very important theme that affects many people. I think it would be interesting to develop tools (videos, meditations, notebooks, etc.) on disability and its repercussions.

  • How to live better with a disability

  • How to let go

  • Finding solutions on your own or asking for help

  • Relaxing, taking care of yourself 😌
