You talk about wholegrain cereals that are suitable in terms of nutritional intake, and I agree with you!
However, they can be very harmful to sensitive intestinal systems. And they can have the opposite effect, aggravating intestinal inflammation and therefore mental malaise.
I haven't listened to the rest of the modules on diet, so perhaps some clarification is in order. In any case, I think it would be interesting to bring some vigilance to this video I've just watched (I'm trained in naturopathy and I've heard so many unfortunate reports of people switching to wholefoods unsuited to their terrain).
