First of all thank you for your work you are the first application of its kind that I find really useful and well done so thank you for that!
Among the vast subject of anxiety I wondered if you could do a session on the subject of nocturnal anxiety when we wake up from having clenched our jaws too much or had really scary dreams, or sweating etc...
I also wanted to access a cardiac coherence exercise without the subject of hypnosis or meditation, but I wasn't able to. Could you add an accessible one? Thank you!
