Use mind-body practices to get out of the mind and into motion, and stabilize the nervous system. Sympathetic-dorsal deregulation cycle (multipotential, empathic profiles). Breaking out of immobility and adopting a more "doing" approach rather than a "knowing" one.
Our consciousness knows what we should do, but doesn't act, so we need body awareness and movement techniques (conflict between prefrontal cortex and autonomic system).
