Self-hypnosis against procrastination

Hello,

I'd really like to work on my motivation and especially the act of studying. The famous "I've got to get on with it". I see 'normal' sessions on it, which I've done, but I've been told that hypnosis could help overcome certain unconsciously self-imposed blocks. So maybe a self-hypnosis session on this would be useful for other people too?
