Bipolarité

I have the impression that you don't deal with delusional manias in bipolar, at least not in the presentation of the disorder. This is my case and it can be excluding for some of the people concerned, who are sometimes wrongly diagnosed with affective schizophrenia. Among the bipolar sufferers I know, most have mania coupled with multiple delusions.
