I like the breathing exercises, the meditations, the programs, the themed sessions, and the new features that come out. I dared to try self-hypnosis because it scared me, and I can finally calm down before going to sleep! Thank you for these routines and for the new tools you release. You're the best! Here are my suggestions: I've seen some people talking about dark mode. When I log into the app in the evening or at night, I'm afraid the light from the screen will stimulate me. What's more, I like to turn off the internet at night and disconnect. Having to reconnect to launch the app bothers me because I might receive messages and be tempted to surf the web.
