Less repetitive content from one program to the next

After almost a month of using the application, I wanted to share my feelings. Overall, the pedagogical approach and the logic of repetition are interesting, but I find that the content sometimes lacks diversity. I sometimes found the same exercise twice on the same day, for example in "Introduction to mental health" and "Calming my anxiety", where the "best friend" exercise came back with exactly the same instructions.

On the other hand, the self-hypnosis exercises seem to me to be particularly effective, but they are few and far between. I'm afraid that after six months, the content won't be sufficiently renewed.

I've also noticed that there are packages available (especially for athletes), but apart from adding them to favorites, I haven't found a clear way of integrating them into my routine.

Finally, there's still some confusion about the difference between meditation and self-hypnosis. Each day, a meditation is proposed, but I haven't identified a space in the application that really explains the distinction between the two approaches.
