Screen for choosing to continue or restart a routine when adding an unfinished routine

There are many reasons why a user may abandon a routine in progress, and want to return to it. At present, the system takes up the routine where it was left off; but it would be appropriate to offer the user the choice of continuing or resuming the routine at zero.
