History by tool or program

At present, the history is a mixture of all tools and programs, making it impractical to consult. It would be very useful to be able to access a history specific to each tool or program, for example in the form of a calendar. For example, after completing a diary, you could retrieve the history of that diary and track your progress. Similarly, after a program session, we could consult the history of our responses to that program. This would give us a clearer picture of our progress, and provide us with a clear, targeted follow-up.
