A hypnotherapist, or even a storyteller, would be more effective at "disengaging." The speaker does not draw on their own mental images, which is the best way to engage the imagination, and the rhythm of the narration could be greatly improved. I imagine that's why you also use the visual channel! There are better narrations on the internet, but unfortunately they are ruined by soundtracks that are too loud.

Having access to sessions lasting at least 40 minutes would be great for severe insomnia!
I should point out that the narrator for all the programs is very pleasant to listen to and inspires confidence, but the hypnosis part just lacks technique. I hope this is taken as constructive criticism. Best regards
