Printing the Beck Scale

Hello,

I’d like to be able to go back to Beck’s chart, which I fill out from time to time with a compilation of various events and suggestions for how to address them. It’s too complicated for me to remember the date each event took place and what the alternative thought was. Summaries of my writings would really help me make progress.
