Session: "Stress in the workplace for teachers"

I chose work-related stress because I am currently having a lot of trouble grading papers, and it is stressing me out in terms of my relationship with students, parents, and even colleagues (report cards must be completed on time for parent-teacher conferences, and the papers are difficult to grade). In this case, it's a little complicated to know what actions to take to establish a social connection with the students. I would need more specific advice.
