Personally, I clearly identify with the third category (anguish) and not the others.
Thanks to this, I finally understood why the "calm your anxiety" routine wasn't very effective for me (for example, cardiac coherence, which I tried a lot, has no effect because I actually feel like my heart is racing when in fact it isn't at all! (I checked with my doctor and even a smartwatch).
In short, could you please create a course, or even better, a routine to manage or calm anxiety?
