I'd love a few sessions focused on emotions and the "gedtion" of them: what are the main ones, their interest, their manifestations, are so-called "negative" emotions really so, etc.?
With, if possible, a "focus" on anger: how to accept it, how to "work" this emotion, is it always "negative", what tricks can be found to soothe this anger, etc
I appreciate the "anger notebook" routine but precisely, in support of this routine a few sessions on anger seem appropriate to me.
