Notifications are aggressive!

Being able to choose what kind of notifications we get from the app would be a good way to stay regular but not be overloaded by them. Notification overload is not a good thing for the brain (screen addiction, stress of having resurrected an important message, etc.). The purpose of the app is to take care of one's mental health, and the sensory overload that notifications can cause should be removable at choice. For example, if I only want a daily reminder.
