Easier access to self-hypnosis sessions

I've started the series on self-hypnosis, the introduction, there are more than 20 sessions but finding them and especially finding one that you haven't already done is a headache....

They're not classified and, above all, the series isn't easy to find.

It's a pity because I'm going to do them, but if there's a logic and a sense to doing them, unfortunately it won't be respected because there's no clear classification.
