As in other applications (e.g. old sanvello) - propose tools for Doing more exercises outside sessions: Jounalization in 3 or 4 columns (situation/emotion/thought + reformulation); Anti-depression or self-affirmation daily writing tools (3-5 positive emotions per day, check 1-3 small goals per day, check health routine goals, 1-5 things I've done for myself per day, etc).
