When we find sessions that interest us but we don't have the time to do right away, in addition to saving them in "my list" without prioritizing them, being able to record them and place them on a diary would help us to see things more clearly.
Likewise, planning recurring routines, meditations or self-hypnosis or when specific events are approaching could be useful (e.g. every Sunday evening, before an important meeting, etc).
