Taking care of the mind when the body has a downer (flu, heartburn, average digestion, cold, cold snap, or heavy physical fatigue....)
I currently have heartburn and I find that when I'm having physically frustrating little moments, having a little meditation or/and a little session to calm the mind and be advised to get through the frustration of being in bed even for just an evening or a few days, can be really top. What do you think? :)
