Redundancies between the "get back into sport and stick to it" routine and the "good resolutions diary".

I'm doing the routine on making new resolutions... But I'm disappointed, because it actually looks a lot like a session I'd done, or a routine I'd done on the app (I think it was on getting back into sport). As a result, I stopped along the way because it demotivated me. I didn't feel I was getting anything new out of it. And then it was a bit too much coaching (which for me means a bit too much on the surface).
