Routine detox digital

Hello, first of all I would like to thank you for everything you do, Mind Day has helped me enormously, I have grown a lot in a few months, I recommend it to everyone. I've got a subject I can't seem to get rid of: addiction to fast-acting dopamine such as social networking. I imagine there are a lot of us in this situation, and it would be great if you could create a long-term routine to detach yourself from this addiction. The session on the subject is not bad but it's not enough for me.
