Would it be possible to have "morning" and "evening" routines?
At the moment, with 4 routines, I often do 3 in the morning (self-confidence, mantras...) to be with Mindday in the morning and feel good, and I also like to meet Mindday in the evening, as if to "take stock" of my day, where I have the "evening" routine...
So perhaps it would be possible to do 2 "blocks" of 2/3 routines, for example, 2/3 for the morning and 2/3 for the evening? Then I'd probably have to "flesh out" the routines a bit more, so that I'd have routines for getting up in top form (self-confidence, quotes, body scans...), and evening routines to prepare for sleep (gratitude journal, self-hypnosis, meditations...).
