Activity Tracking

Hello

I’d really like to track my activity by tool. For example, I’d like to practice cardiac coherence every day, but I have a hard time sticking to it.

If I had access to a history of my practice, that would help me stay on track.

I don’t want to give up on reaching my streak goal: for example, 20 consecutive days of practice
