Hello and thank you for your application and your work. I think the tips in the routines are great. But sometimes you have to do it every day to see the benefits. By accumulating so much information, I feel lost and am afraid I'll forget to do it every day. One suggestion might be a reminder in the routine or to have a checklist that we could create according to what speaks to us with reminders. Maybe I'm not making myself clear. I hope so anyway.
