I have a hard time with the questions on the well-being test; sometimes I'm really surprised because I get a better score than last time even though I'm in a worse mood.
I feel that certain areas aren’t covered—for example, it asks about romantic relationships but not about loved ones in general or loneliness; anger is mentioned but not sadness.
Other questions seem hard to understand to me: what does it mean to be calm and peaceful? Isn’t that repetitive with anger?
What does the expression “feeling overwhelmed by events” imply? Which events? Not being able to manage daily life?
I suppose the question about waking up fresh and ready is related to fatigue, but ultimately, one can wake up tired because one went to bed too late, for example, yet still feel good; a question about desire or motivation might be more appropriate
I doubt that having interesting things in our lives is truly representative, since we might be in a routine—nothing out of the ordinary, unlike specific events (like a trip)—yet still be in good mental health
I find it interesting to have this type of test for an overall assessment and comparison, but I think the items could be improved
