Finding balance in a shift-work environment" session

I've just landed a job where I have to get up at 3am and 4am 4 days a week. I have no idea how to get used to this rhythm, nor how to know if my health will hold up (if I'm cut out for the job). Content idea: take the pace, healthy life on the night shift.

Learn to quit at the right time if necessary. Thanks again for what you do.
