A little general advice 🙂

Good on the whole, but in my opinion there are some shortcomings:

1) Customizable and more nuanced emotions. As this often doesn't suit me, I abandoned the tool.

2) three cardiac coherence exercises 4/6 , 5/5 and 6/5 with quick access for everyday use,

3)quick access to recorded sessions to be done later, with the bookmark🔖 icon because it's not clear how to access them (instead of the gift at top right useless for daily use for example),

4)Too many places to send a friend 30 days for free (gift icon+at bottom of page+ settings is too much! This interferes with the practicality of daily use).

❤️Gros + for the new meditations, which make the app more complete, as well as the emphasis on sleep aid.
